Post upgrade instructions
Following an upgrade, you may experience issues where you have to login twice, or the bookmarked link is not available or showing a ‘page not found’ error message. This can be avoided by following the instructions below:
Steps to clear cache
In Chrome:
1. Open Chrome on your computer.
2. At the top right of the page, click More.
3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
4. Choose a time range at the top of the page. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies & other site data” and “Cached images & files”
6. Click Clear data.
In Safari:
1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu
and select Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and then close the Preferences window.
3. Select the Develop drop-down menu.
4. Click Empty Cache.
In Microsoft Edge:
1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon in the top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
3. Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check box and then select Clear.
In Internet Explorer:
1. Click on the Tools drop-down menu.
2. Select Delete Browsing History from the Safety side-menu.
3. In the window that opens, check the Temporary Internet Files & History checkbox
4. Click Delete
