Contacting Huma Customer Care through Live Chat

You can contact the Huma Customer Care team by sending a message using our live chat feature.

Accessing Live chat from the GDm-Health Clinician Web Portal

  • Within the GDm-Health Clinician Web Portal, click on the additional options menu located in the top right hand corner of the screen

  • Click on 'Support Portal'

  • A live chat will appear as will a blue live chat icon

  • Tap on 'Send message'

  • Enter your 'Email address'

  • Type your message and click on the blue send message icon (bottom right corner of the live chat box) to send your message and start chatting with a member of the Huma Customer Care team

  • You can also share attachments, screenshots and/or videos to assist your enquiry

Live chat within GDm-Health Clinician help guides

  • You can also access the live chat from any Huma GDm-Health, help guide!

  • Click on the blue live chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of a help guide to send a message


Contacting Huma Customer Care through Email

If you cannot access the Huma live chat, please send an email to our Customer Care team (support.diabetes@huma.com).


Customer Care Working Hours

  • Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm (UK Time)

  • Saturday & Sunday - Closed

  • Bank Holidays - Closed

  • Huma will respond to all queries within 24 hours

  • If messages are sent outside of these hours, Huma will respond if our team is available via Email
