To publish a dedicated app that only contains your events, it is necessary to have your own account in the AppStore for the iOS version. Below, you will find a series of steps to set up such an account.

Follow the entire process according to the attached steps (some of them may look different due to changes on Apple's side).

1. Start by creating an Apple ID using this link: Create Apple ID

2. You will see a window to verify the provided email address.

Enter the code sent to that email address.

3. You will then receive another verification code, which will be delivered in your chosen way. Below, you can choose whether the contact on the phone will be via message or phone call.

4. After creating the Apple ID, go to Apple Developer and log in.

5. In the next step, you will need to accept the developer agreement - Apple Developer Agreement.

6. After agreeing to these terms, you will see the following panel, where you should select "Enroll today" in the "Join the Apple Developer Program" section.

7. You will see the following view. Here, choose “continue enrollment on the web”.

8. Fill in your personal information.

9. You will then be asked to select the type of entity. Depending on this choice, a list of various requirements will be displayed to continue the registration.

10. Note that all entity types other than private individual/sole proprietor and government organizations will require the input of a D-U-N-S number.

First, check if your company already has one, using this website: D-U-N-S Lookup

If you do not see any suggestions regarding your company, use the following links to request a free DUNS number.

It can take up to 14 days to receive this number. Plus an additional 14 days after receiving it to start using your number and complete the registration by moving to step 10.

Usually, both procedures take less time, but it is advisable to carry them out as soon as possible.

11. Continue the registration by selecting the entity type, preferably: Organization.

12. Fill in additional data.

13. Depending on whether you are the company owner or an employee, select the appropriate section. If the second scenario is chosen, provide the details of a person who can verify your authorization to set up an account on behalf of the company. Note that this person will receive an email from Apple with verification instructions, which is an integral part of the account setup process.

14. After completing these steps, you will receive a case ID in progress.

15. Complete the registration and pay the annual license fee of $99.

16. You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.

17. Apple will review your request within 48 hours and then approve the registration completion.

18. After confirming the registration, Apple will send you an activation email.

After activating the account, use its developer access capabilities to enable our team to publish the app on the new account. You can find the instructions here.

Have a successful event with the Meeting Application!
