Meeting attendees can suggest new meeting times in MeetingFull. Here, we will guide the organizer on how to accept the suggested meeting time.
Go to app.meetingfull.com
1. When an attendee suggests a new time in MeetingFull, a card will appear on your Dashboard in the Action Required list
2. Hover on the meeting title to see the Event Preview of the meeting for which they are suggesting a new time
3. View the attendee's Suggested times and optional message
4. Tap "Accept" to update the meeting time based on the Suggested times
5. Hover on the meeting date to preview the attendee's Suggested times
6. Tap on "View Calendars" to view calendars and potential conflicts
7. Select a new meeting date and time
8. Tap "Update Meeting"
9. Return to the "Dashboard"
10. The Action Required card is automatically removed from the list
