Assign action items directly to users during your meetings, set a due date, and track the status of the action items in follow up meetings. Users can update the status of their action items in real-time and keep attendees updated on their progress.


1. Open a meeting preview by tapping on an event

Meetings can be accessed from your Dashboard, Calendar or Notifications

2. Tap "Join meeting"

3. Tap "Yes" to enter the meeting

4. Tap on a topic to see more details, collaborate and assign Action Items

5. Tap on the "Action Item" button (grey checkbox) in the editor toolbar. Pro tip: use the hotkeys: "[] space"

8. To assign a Due Date: tap on the "More options" button (grey "+") in the editor toolbar and select "Date". Pro tip: use the hotkeys: "space //"

10. Your Action Item(s) has been created but not yet assigned. When the meeting is completed, tap on the "Send Action Items" button to Send/ Assign the Action Item(s)
