Learn how to take and distribute meeting notes and Action Items using MeetingFull.

1. Tap on a meeting topic to start taking notes
When joining a meeting, the agenda topics will be listed. Expand the topic to see the topic description and to take notes.
2. Write your meeting notes in MeetingFull's collaborative, rich text editor
Fill in the meeting notes in the collaborative editor. Use the rich text editor option to add lists, images, tables, etc.
3. Use the Action Item button to create Action Items
Tap on the Action Item option in the text editor menu. Alternatively, you can also use the hotkeys " [] ".
4. Use the "@" button to assign your Action Item
Tap on the "@" option in the text editor menu. Alternatively, you can also use the hotkeys " @ ".
5. Type out the Action Item
Assign an action item to a team member by tagging them in the collaborative editor and specifying the task.
6. Use the Date button to give your Action Item a due date
Tap on the "+" option in the text editor menu to reveal the Date option. Alternatively, you can also use the hotkeys " // ".
7. Your Action Items will also appear in the Action Items panel during the meeting
This will ensure that all meeting attendees can easily track Action Items being created.
8. When you have completed the topic, open the next topic using the topic navigation buttons
Alternatively, tap on the next collapsed topic to open it.
9. Use the collaborative, rich text editor to create more great meeting notes
Fill in the meeting notes in the collaborative editor. Use the rich text editor option to add lists, images, tables, etc.
10. Distribute your Meeting Notes and/or Action Items
11. Add people to the Meeting Notes distribution using the people picker and remove people from the distribution by tapping on their avatar
12. Tap to Send
Click "Send Summary and Action Items" to share the meeting notes and assign the Action Items to their owners.
13. After the meeting notes are distributed, attendees can access the meeting notes from the meeting details preview on their calendar
This is in addition to the email with the meeting notes which they will receive. Action Item assignees will get an additional email as well with their Action Items.
