Your Action Item Dashboard provides a comprehensive platform to monitor and manage Action Items generated during MeetingFull Meetings. Every participant of the meeting, including "Notes Only" attendees, has access to Action Items created in the meetings they've attended. This access enables users to track Action Items, update statuses, add comments to an Action Item, or dispatch reminder emails to the designated assignees, ensuring efficient tracking and completion of tasks.

Quick guidde

1. Hover on Action Items on the Main Navigation Menu and tap on Action Items Dashboard

2. Expand to view the meeting's Action Items

3.View:

1. Meeting Details (Organizer, Meeting Title, Meeting Date, Topic Title)

2. Action Item Assignee & Title

3. Action Item Status

4. Action Item Details (Assigned and Due Date)

5. Count of Action Items in the Meeting

4. Add a Note to the Action Item. Tap Enter to Save
