This guide will walk you through the process of updating the Status of Action Items in MeetingFull. Follow these instructions to efficiently manage your Action Items and keep track of their progress.
Go to app.meetingfull.com
1. Hover on Action Items in the Navigation Bar and tap My Action Items
2. Double click on an Action Item to update its details
Additionally, hover on the 3 dots in the top-right corner of the Action Item and choose Update.
3. Update the Action Item's Status
Users logged in with Google can choose between "In Progress" and "Completed". Outlook users have an additional "To Do" Status.
4. Save the Update
5. Statuses can also be updated by dragging the Action Item card between columns
Tap on the card and hold to drag from one column to another.
6. Action Items can also be updated from the Action Items Dashboard
Access the Action Items Dashboard from the Navigation Menu.
7. Tap on and Action Item to expand
8. Update the Action Item's Status
Use the Status selector to choose a new Status for the Action Item
