This guide will walk you through the process of setting up and using your Booking Page in MeetingFull.
Go to app.meetingfull.com
1. Go to your Profile
Access your profile settings.
2. Create Booking Page
Initiate the booking page creation process.
3. Add a title for your Booking Page
This is what everyone will see when they click on your link.
4. Add a physical location
5. Add your Conferencing integration
Choose from your integrated conferencing options or, paste in a URL
6. Choose the duration of the meeting slots
This will determine the length of the meetings.
7. Choose the days and times that should be available to be booked
Conflict-free times within these parameters will be available to be booked.
8. Save your Booking Page
Save the Booking Page settings.
9. On your Profile, copy the link to your Booking Page
You can also edit your page here.
10. When someone clicks on your Booking Page link they will land on this page
11. They will select a date
12. Then a time
13. Add a meeting title, attendees, and description
You can add multiple email addresses as attendees.
14. Book the meeting
A meeting invite will be sent out.
15. Done!
Review the booking details.
