We are constantly working on improving and bringing new features to jamie. For this, we are regularly releasing new versions of the jamie app to ensure that our app remains reliable and user-friendly.
How do I update jamie?
Once we have released a new update, you will see an "Update available" button appear in your tooltip menu accessible by clicking on your initials in the lower left corner.
To update, please click on the "Update available" button. For this, jamie will automatically close the application and install the newest version on your computer. This might take up to a minute.
Note: Did you know, that with each update, we also release a description of what changes have been made to jamie? You can check this out by heading to our Changelog.
Reinstalling jamie
In case you are unable to install our most recent update directly via the application, you can alternatively reinstall jamie by deleting the app from your device and downloading the newest version from our website.
Note: Reinstalling your jamie app will not delete any of your meeting notes. You will immediately be able to access your notes again, once you have logged in with your email address.
