The Candidate Profile is a central hub within Mega where you can find all the essential information as they progress through the hiring process. This includes their resume, application details, communications, and a comprehensive activity log.
Mega instantly syncs with Greenhouse, if you ever want to jump back into the candidate profile just click the "Open Profile" button in the upper right of the candidate profile.
To access a candidate's profile, simply click on their name. Once inside, you'll find their profile organized into four sections:
Overview
The Overview section provides a quick snapshot of the candidate. Here, you'll be able to review their uploaded resume and all the details they provided within their application.
Messages
The Messages section displays a chronological stream of all conversations you've had with the candidate. This ensures you have a complete record of all back-and-forth communications.
Files
In the Files section, you can download various documents related to the candidate. This includes their resume and any other attachments they may have provided during the hiring process.
Activity
The Activity section offers a detailed log of all actions and movements associated with the candidate. This includes:
Candidate Movements: A record of the candidate's progression through different stages of the hiring pipeline.
Actions: Any actions performed by the system or team members related to the candidate.
Comments: A chronological display of all comments made by yourself, other team members, and the system (e.g., automated notes).
