Troubleshooting
Candidate didn’t receive the email → Check spam/bounces; re-send from the candidate timeline.
Provider package mismatch → Update the job’s default package and re-initiate.
Stuck “in progress” → Megan can ping the candidate for missing info and notify your team if escalation is needed.
Access looks wrong → Verify Megan is added to that job in Greenhouse; remove/re-add to refresh.
