Step 1: Add the Mega HR Chrome Extension
Install the Mega HR Chrome Extension using the link provided by your Mega Account Manager.
Open the extension and sign in with your Mega HR account.
Once you’re signed in, Megan is ready to appear inside Greenhouse.
Step 2: Open Greenhouse
After the extension is installed:
Log into your Greenhouse account as usual.
Open a job, a candidate profile, or your pipeline view.
You’ll see Megan available in a side panel in your browser, ready to help with that specific job or candidate.
No extra tabs, no copy-paste; Megan works directly on top of your existing Greenhouse pages.
Make Sure Megan Is Added to Your Jobs
To fully supercharge your recruiting, Megan needs access to the roles you care about.
Make sure that:
Megan’s Greenhouse user is added to every job you want help on.
Any new jobs you open in Greenhouse also include Megan so she can see candidates, update notes, and automate tasks.
What Megan Can Do Inside Greenhouse

Notifications: When Megan Has an Update
When Megan has an update to one of your requests (like screening results, a next step, or a follow-up question), you’ll see a a red dot in the upper-right corner. Open the panel to read the update and keep things moving.
