Using Mega HR Chrome Extension in Greenhouse

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Megan works best where you already spend your day: inside Greenhouse. With the Mega HR Chrome Extension installed, Megan becomes a native part of your Greenhouse workflow; helping you screen, shortlist, and move candidates forward without leaving your ATS.

Step 1: Add the Mega HR Chrome Extension

  1. Install the Mega HR Chrome Extension using the link provided by your Mega Account Manager.

  2. Open the extension and sign in with your Mega HR account.

  3. Once you’re signed in, Megan is ready to appear inside Greenhouse.

Step 2: Open Greenhouse

After the extension is installed:

  • Log into your Greenhouse account as usual.

  • Open a job, a candidate profile, or your pipeline view.

  • You’ll see Megan available in a side panel in your browser, ready to help with that specific job or candidate.

No extra tabs, no copy-paste; Megan works directly on top of your existing Greenhouse pages.

Make Sure Megan Is Added to Your Jobs

To fully supercharge your recruiting, Megan needs access to the roles you care about.

Make sure that:

  • Megan’s Greenhouse user is added to every job you want help on.

  • Any new jobs you open in Greenhouse also include Megan so she can see candidates, update notes, and automate tasks.

What Megan Can Do Inside Greenhouse

Once the extension is active and Megan is added to your jobs, you can:

  • Screen and shortlist candidates directly from job and candidate views.

  • Review resumes at scale and get a prioritized list of best fits.

  • Rediscover past candidates already in your Greenhouse database.

  • Schedule interviews automatically, using your connected calendars and links.

All of Megan’s work stays in sync with Greenhouse, so your it remains your single source of truth with a lot more done for you.
