Why am I not seeing scores or why does a button say “Not enabled”?
If you’re viewing a candidate in your ATS and scores are not appearing, or a button shows “Not enabled” or is missing, it usually means one of the following.
You are not logged into Mega
The Mega Chrome Extension requires you to be logged into your Mega account in order to load scores and actions inside your ATS.
How to fix it
Click the Mega Chrome Extension icon in your browser.
If prompted, log in to your Mega account.
Refresh the ATS page you were viewing.
Once logged in, the extension should load scores and available actions.
The candidate has not been scored yet
Scores only appear after Megan has processed and scored the candidate.
If the candidate has not yet been scored, you may see:
No score displayed
A disabled action
A “Not enabled” label
This simply means Megan has not yet processed that candidate.
The job is not Mega-enabled
Megan only runs scoring, interviews, and other actions on jobs that are enabled for Mega.
If the job you’re viewing is not Mega-enabled, you may see:
Missing buttons
Buttons labeled “Not enabled”
No scores displayed for candidates
To resolve this, the job must be enabled for Mega features such as:
AI Scoring
AI Shortlisting
AI Interviews
If you’re unsure whether a job is Mega-enabled, check with your internal Mega admin or your Mega HR Account Manager.
Quick things to check
If something doesn’t appear as expected:
• Make sure you are logged into the Mega Chrome Extension
• Refresh the ATS page
• Confirm the candidate has been processed by Megan
• Confirm the job is Mega-enabled
