Mega is designed to work directly inside your ATS so you can evaluate and interview candidates without switching tools.
Once installed, Mega (and Megan) becomes available across supported ATS platforms.
Opening Megan
You will see a Megan icon floating inside your ATS interface.
Click the icon to open the Megan panel.
This gives you access to Mega HR features including:
AI candidate assessments
Interview tools
AI insights
Candidate workflow support
The Megan panel automatically understands the job or candidate page you’re currently viewing.
Working with Candidate Profiles
When viewing a candidate profile, Megan provides several tools:
Mega Score
A quick AI assessment of how well the candidate matches the job.
Score Breakdown
Click the score to view a detailed explanation of the evaluation.
Mega HR Actions
Quick tools to:
Start a Phone Interview
Generate an AI interview link
Interviews Tab
View Interview Insights (interview history, transcripts, and results).
Working with Pipeline Views
In pipeline views, Megan automatically displays candidate scores directly on candidate cards.
This allows you to quickly identify:
Strong candidates
Candidates who may need further review
Candidates who may not meet role requirements
Working with Jobs
When viewing a job, you may see Mega HR Settings, which allow you to configure how Mega works for that role.
This includes enabling AI interviews and managing Mega job configuration.
If Megan Doesn’t Appear
If Megan is not visible inside your ATS:
Confirm the extension is installed
Confirm you are logged into Mega HR
Confirm Megan is added to the job in your ATS
Confirm the job is Mega-enabled
