Mega Scores help recruiters quickly understand how well a candidate matches a role.

The score is generated by Mega HR’s AI using information such as:

  • Resume

  • Application form questions

  • Job requirements / Ideal candidate

  • Candidate profile details

  • User provided AI Guidance/criteria


Where Mega Scores Appear

Mega Scores appear in two main places:

Candidate Profiles

Displayed next to candidate evaluation areas.

Pipeline Views

Shown directly on candidate cards so you can compare candidates at a glance.


Viewing the Score Breakdown

Clicking the Mega Score opens a detailed AI assessment including:

Summary

A high-level overview of the candidate’s fit.

Key Skills

Important strengths identified by AI.

Missing Requirements

Areas where the candidate may not fully meet the job requirements.

Red Flags

Potential concerns or gaps.

These insights help recruiters quickly understand the strengths and risks of a candidate.
