How to receive your Crypto Winnings

The best ways to receive the Bitcoin won during MegaFans tournaments!

There are currently two options to cash out your Crypto winnings to your PayPal Account! We are currently offering BUSD on the Binance Smart Chain as our Crypto Prizes!

  1. Withdraw from the Account Page

  2. Manually withdraw through Customer Support

Withdraw from the Account Page

  1. From the main MegaFans Tournament Page, you will select the Account Page (represented by a silhouette)

  2. From the Account Page, you can select the Withdraw option

  3. This will take you to players.megafans.com (you can also access this link outside of the game if you would rather)

  4. From this page, you will sign into your MegaFans account

  5. You can then select from the various Payout Options available to you - in this case, you will select Crypto and enter the number of tokens you wish to withdraw.

    1. Be sure that the email you enter for confirmation is the email associated with your MegaFans account!

    2. At this point in time, you are only able to withdraw the winnings from Bitcoin tournaments to Bitcoin - not all winnings can be paid out in Bitcoin

  6. When you submit your request for payout, you will then receive a follow-up email with the details of your request!

Manually withdraw through Customer Support

  1. From the main MegaFans Tournament Page, you will select the Help chat bubble at the top right of your screen

  2. This will take you to the MegaFans Support page where you can ask us all sorts of questions - in this case, you will select Send us a message

  3. This will bring you to a chatbox that connects with us directly and you will send us the following information for a payout

    1. Why you are reaching out to us (in this case to receive your Crypto winnings)

      1. Please include the dates or rough timeline of your winnings as it will help our team assist you faster

    2. The email associated with your MegaFans account

    3. Your Crypto Wallet address that the Bitcoin will be sent too

  4. You need to then keep checking back in the chat room for a message from us confirming the payout and any updates regarding the situation

Reminder!

The length of this process can vary as we ensure financial security and check the token counts to be accurate so it may take 7-10 business days to verify the payout amount. Then another 7-10 to process the payout once we verify your information!
