3. Partner Creator Maintenance Requirements
Maintain 5 or more Rising characters
Create at least 2 characters per month
※ Featured characters are excluded from this month's Rising selection.
Characters not recognized
Characters published in that month but not displayed in the Featured section during Partner qualification review
Characters sanctioned for violating service policies
Simple copies/variations of existing characters (sensitive content on/off versions)
4. Partner Creator Operating Policies
Melting builds a healthy creative environment based on mutual trust with Partner Creators.
This policy is established to protect Partner Creators and maintain a fair operating environment.
Featured Section Display Review (Planned)
Featured Section Display Review (Planned)
The Featured section is displayed on the main page of the service, and pre-screening is conducted to protect creators and users and to prevent disputes.
Even during review, search, profile display, and settlement for published Featured characters continue to apply normally.
This review does not constitute a final judgment on infringement of third-party rights such as copyright or portrait rights, and legal responsibility for content lies with the creator.
Partner Creator Re-promotion
Partner Creator Re-promotion
Creators with a history of policy violations will not be automatically promoted even if they meet existing Partner promotion/extension conditions. Partner qualification is individually determined based on internal review and operational judgment.
Partner Creator Termination
Partner Creator Termination
If the following actions are objectively deemed serious or evident,
Partner Creator status may be immediately terminated without prior notice.
Registering or distributing illegal content that violates relevant laws
Seriously infringing on others' copyright or portrait rights
Distributing false or malicious content inside/outside the service that significantly affects service operations or the company's reputation
The following actions will be comprehensively reviewed based on facts, intent, repetitiveness, etc. to determine whether to terminate Partner Creator status.
Directing Melting creators or users to competing platforms
Leaking internal information obtained through Partner status to outside parties
Assertively spreading unverifiable content on public channels that negatively affects the trust or reputation of Melting or Melting creators
Writing violating content in areas outside character settings to bypass review
As a result of review through reports or internal monitoring
If a potential violation is confirmed, main page display of the Featured character will be immediately suspended from that point.
Character-related violations: Applied only to the relevant character
Creator-related violations: Applied to all owned characters
Melting may then take the following actions.
Warning notification
Termination of Partner Creator status (restriction of Partner-exclusive benefits)
Removal of Rising character status (partial or complete)

Important Notes
If any of the following items apply, you may be excluded from the provided benefits after the operations team's verification process.
Account suspension, registration with false information, or withdrawal from Melting service account
Rising character set to private or not meeting eligibility requirements
Creating characters that violate character creation policies
Writing policy-violating content in areas outside character settings (comments, replies, etc.)
Spreading unverified content or targeting/criticizing Melting or third parties without objective basis, negatively affecting the trust or reputation of the service or creators
Directing creators or users within Melting to competing platforms
Leaking internal information obtained through Creator status to outside parties
Other cases violating Melting service terms and operating policies
The operations team may apply necessary measures individually or in combination, including restriction or withdrawal of benefits, making characters private, removing Rising character status (partial or complete), termination of Partner Creator qualification, and sanctions according to service operating policies, depending on the nature and severity of violations.
The above content may be modified or deleted in accordance with changes to relevant laws or service policies, and changes will be announced through in-service notices or the operating policy menu.
