🎁 Featured Character Benefits
How do characters become Featured?
If you have a total of 5 or more Rising characters selected in the [Monthly Rising] contest, Partner Creator eligibility is reviewed on the 1st of each month, and all characters of that creator will be promoted to Featured characters. All subsequently created characters will also become Featured characters and receive the same benefits.

The withdrawable amount can be checked in the creator dashboard within the service.
When applying for withdrawal, payment is made on the 10th of each month (next business day if a holiday) after identity and account verification.
Minimum monthly withdrawal amount: 50,000 KRW
Maximum monthly withdrawal amount: 3,000,000 KRW
Withdrawal unit: 10,000 KRW
Payment is made after withholding income tax of 3% and local income tax of 0.3% (total 3.3%), and withholding details will be provided at the time of withdrawal.
This benefit is only available to adult creators aged 19 or older who have completed Melting's adult verification.

Featured Melting Only must remain public for a certain period and switching to private is restricted.
This is the minimum standard for protecting recommended display and user experience.
However, if the following conditions are met, switching to private is possible:
3 or more months of display since selection or setting date
Even if the above conditions are not met, if there are unavoidable reasons such as setting resets or sensitive issues, switching to private is possible in consultation with the operations team.
Featured characters are continuously monitored and supported by the operations team, and necessary assistance will be provided for connecting with more users and improving revenue.
If the number of Rising characters drops below 5 due to making them private or deleting them, you will be excluded from Featured character benefits.
Melting Only characters cannot be duplicated on other platforms. If duplicate publication is confirmed through reports or administrator verification, the character's Melting Only status will be removed and related benefits will end immediately.
If a Featured character is set to private, the private dates will be excluded from settlement regardless of time.
Policies may change depending on the Melting service situation.

How do characters become Rising?
Characters become Rising when selected through the [Monthly Rising] contest at the end of each month.
Characters are comprehensively reviewed and selected based on visual completeness, attractiveness, creativity, etc.

Characters selected for Monthly Rising are continuously monitored and supported by the operations team, and necessary assistance will be provided for connecting with more users and improving revenue.
When necessary, the operations team (or Creator PD) may contact you through your verified phone number, email, etc. to discuss exposure strategies, feedback, planning directions, etc.
If Rising characters are set to private or do not meet eligibility conditions, they will be excluded from benefit eligibility.
When making a character private during Monthly Rising operations, unrecovered advance-paid Cones may be recouped.
If activity is suspended for an extended period after selection or user response is significantly low, the selection may be revoked or excluded from operations team monitoring.
Example: Characters with no conversations for 30+ days, repeated conversation engagement failures, etc.
Melting Only characters cannot be duplicated on other platforms. If duplicate publication is confirmed through reports or administrator verification, the character's Melting Only status will be removed and related benefits will end immediately.
Policies may change depending on the Melting service situation.

General Notes
Account suspension, registration with false information, or withdrawal from Melting service account will result in exclusion from benefit eligibility.
Characters that violate Melting operating guidelines (plagiarism, offensive expressions, etc.) will be excluded from benefit eligibility after reports are received and verified by the operations team.
Violations of Melting service terms will result in exclusion from all benefit eligibility.
Changes may be made with prior notice in accordance with relevant laws and service policy changes.
Changes will be announced through in-service notices or the operating policy menu.
