Your relationship with the NPC (character) changes based on affection level. You can check it by tapping "View affection level details" at the top right of the chat window.

Q. Can affection decrease?
Yes, affection can increase or decrease depending on the conversation content.
The AI analyzes each conversation interaction to determine affection changes.
📌 However, once an affection level is reached, it won't go down. Even if the affection value decreases, levels you've already achieved will be maintained.
Q. Is affection separate for each chat room?
Yes, affection is managed per chat room. Even with the same character, affection is tracked separately if the chat room is different.
In multi-character chats, since multiple characters participate in one chat room, the affection for that room is shared among all characters.
Q. What is Story Mode?
It's a conversation mode that lets you deeply immerse yourself in narrative and descriptions, as if you're reading a novel.
Unlike Affection Mode which is closer to a chat format, it features a text output format similar to web novels.
You can deeply enjoy the world-building and story that the creator has set up in various ways.
In Story Mode, instead of affection, a 'Reading chapter n' feature is provided.
When you leave a comment on an NPC (character), it will be displayed along with the comment, and you can use it to show the community the relationship between you and the NPC (character).
Q. How do I unlock Story Mode?
It unlocks when you meet one of the following conditions:
Continue chatting with 200 or more messages in a single chat room
Reach affection level 3 (Deepening Bond) or higher in Affection Mode
Be the creator of the character (available immediately)
