Sometimes your affiliates will share your MV links to their audience, but for one reason or another, they may not receive credit on the purchase (this mostly happens for instance when a buyer clicks an affiliate link on their phone, but then ends up purchasing from your site on a laptop).

To help resolve this, you can now manually link an affiliate to a sale!

In your admin dashboard, scroll down to New Sales, and click the "i" icon to open the payment details. Alternatively, you can go to "Member" > "List" and click on the member where you wish to add the affiliate credit:

Go to the payment details of the sale, and if that product is being shared (or has ever been shared) as an affiliate product, you can click "link an affiliate." This brings up a search menu of all your affiliates.

Click on the plus sign to link that affiliate to the sale, and you're all set!
