As of October 2025, MemberVault includes a Free Plan so you can get started right away without entering payment details.
Here’s how it works:
Free: Unlocked (First 7–14 Days)
When you first sign up, you’ll begin on our Free: Unlocked plan for 7 days.
You’ll have access to all features, except custom domains, during this period.
You can have up to 25 members.
By completing steps in your onboarding checklist, you can unlock up to 7 additional days of Free: Unlocked access (for a maximum of 14 days).
Once your Free: Unlocked period ends, you cannot extend it further.
This gives you the chance to fully explore MemberVault before deciding whether to upgrade.
Free Plan (After Free: Unlocked)
After your Free: Unlocked period ends, your account will automatically transition to our ongoing Free Plan, which includes:
1 active product
Payment integrations with Stripe & PayPal
Email integrations
Actions
Continued ability to have up to 25 members
What’s Not Included in the Free Plan
Once your account transitions from Free: Unlocked to Free Plan, the following features are locked:
Community
Offers
Affiliate
Blog
Pages
Custom domain
Member & Product Limits
Once you’ve reached your 1 product limit, you won’t be able to add another product.
Once you’ve reached your 25 member limit, no additional members can sign up or purchase until you upgrade.
Upgrading
You can unlock all features, add more products, and increase your member limits at any time by upgrading to one of our paid plans.
To upgrade:
Log into your account (use our account lookup tool here if needed).
Go to the top right > Admin > Account Plans.
Select your preferred paid plan and complete the upgrade process.

Note: All paid plans include unlimited members and access to all features. The only difference between plans is how many products and communities you want to have active. Once you upgrade, all of your previously locked access will seamlessly refresh. You’ll just need to log in and choose which products you’d like to turn back to active (for example: if you had 3 products but only 1 was active on the Free Plan, you’ll be able to re-activate the other 2 after upgrading).
