If you wish to give everyone inside your MV account access to any of your products, you can easily do that inside of MemberVault with a click of a button.

First, you'll want to go to the product in question and click Edit.

Next, you'll want to scroll further down until you find the "User Access Area" located above the Actions.

Click on it to expand the area:

Here, you have the option either to add or remove everyone from the product.

All you need to do is click on the 'Give Access' button and our system will take care of adding each of your users into the product in question.

Depending on the size of your list, the process can vary between 5 minutes to an hour. Please give our system some time to run before clicking on the button again.

If you have a large # of people to import and you get a 504 error, know that this is totally normal. All you need to do is hit the back button and let the import runs in the background.

Alternatively, if you're planning on retiring a product or creating a new version, etc., you can remove everyone who currently has access by clicking on the 'Remove Access' button.
