In MemberVault you can easily duplicate a product or copy modules and lessons to other products.
When you copy a product, module or lesson, all content within that item will be duplicated in the new version.
The "Copy" buttons are located in the popup that appears by clicking the "gear icon" in the list of products, modules or lessons.
1. Copy a Product
Click on the gear icon and click the 'Copy Product' option as shown below.
This will create a new version of the product which will automatically open for you once copied.
In your list of products, you'll see the new version of the product noted with COPY, followed by the same title as the original - but the product ID # will be different.
Please note that when you copy a product, the payment Options, Quiz Questions, Lesson Files & Actions for that product are all copied to the new version. You don't need to establish them again, once your copied product is in place -- but it's a good idea to review them and make sure everything is correct.
2. Copy a Module
When you click on the 'gear icon' for a module, you'll see that a drop-down menu appears by the copy button.
This menu is a list of the available products which the module can be copied to. Select the desired product and then click 'Copy'.
Once copied, the page will refresh and take you to the product that you selected.
You will now see the module that you copied noted at the end of the module list in the chosen product.
3. Copy a Lesson
When you click on the 'gear icon' for a lesson, you'll see that 2 drop-down menus appear by the copy button.
The first drop-down is your list of available products.
The second drop-down will display the available modules for the product that you select in the first drop-down menu.
Select your desired product and the preferred module where you would like the lesson to be copied.
The page will refresh and take you to the module that you selected.
You will now see the lesson that you copied noted at the end of the lesson list in that module.
Once you have copied a product, module or lesson, you can reorder where they appear in their lists by using the 4pt arrow to the left of the product/module/lesson name and dragging and dropping the item to your desired location.
