**Please note, some layouts may look slightly different in the video as we are continually making updates to our platform. The information included is still very much relevant, and we've included a screenshot below of a more up-to-date MV dashboard for you.
Here are some suggestions on what you can do to troubleshoot if your automation is not sending at all:
Check that you have set an audience for your product in MemberVault (see example below, your audience name will be different)
Check that the tag for the Added to Product action matches the tag in MailChimp exactly. So check for trailing spaces, capital letters in the wrong place
Make sure the automation is turned on
π Testing your signup process as a customer.
It is always a good idea to sign up for your product as a customer would, usually via an incognito browser.
β
However, if you are using a MailChimp Classic Automation, then your email address can only get the email once. So test with different addresses.
π Naming convention
β
You get unlimited tags with MailChimp but there is no visual way to organize them so your naming convention is vital here.
β
βTry to start tags in a similar area in the same way. For example, all your freebie tags could start with Freebie. All your MV product tags could start with MV + Product Name
