I'm Not Happy with a Product I've Purchased - Who Should I Contact?

Although we'd love for everyone to be fully satisfied with every product they purchase through a MemberVault Site, we recognize that will not always be the case.

Some purchasers may wish to voice concerns about a product they have purchased. If you have concerns with a product that you've purchased through The MV Shop or through any business owner's MV Site, please contact the creator of the product directly to discuss your concerns.

The business owner's contact information should be available to you in the footer of their MV Site as well as through any emails they have sent you.

The MV Shop, and MemberVault directly, are not liable for any direct or indirect disputes or damages arising from a purchase made through The MV Shop or a business owner's direct MV Site.

For Purchases Made Via The MV Shop

As The MV Shop is an initiative offered by MemberVault to help promote products hosted in MV, we do want to hear from you if you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased through The MV Shop.

Please reach out to us at hello@membervault.co with the product name, the link to the product, and the details of your concern, so that we can review and address your feedback as needed.

Please note that sharing your concerns with us directly does not remove the need for you to contact the product creator directly should you wish to discuss your purchase.

All products promoted through The MV Shop link out to the business owner's direct MV Site and the purchase takes place directly their MV Site rather than through The MV Shop. As such, we are not in a position to handle specific purchase concerns such as refund or cancellation requests.
