You can integrate your EHR’s calendar (ex: Simple Practice, Ensora/Theranest) to view your sessions in Mentaya and help automate the process of submitting claims. At this time we are able to sync both Google Calendar and iCal.
1. Navigate to your calendar settings
For solo practices, these are located in Settings > Practice Settings
For group practices, these are located in Settings > Personal Settings
2. Choose a calendar to sync sessions from

Group practices have a few additional ways to manage calendar syncing for practice members:
Each practice member can sync their own calendar by going through the same steps above
Practice admins can sync a single calendar to all members of the practice by checking the "Sync to entire practice" box in the edit popup (for both Google or iCal sync):
Admins can see how each practice member has their calendar synced on your Practice Settings page. Click on the on "Calendar Sync" tab of the Practice Members table and you should see something that looks like this:
Admins can add iCal links for other members of the practice, but cannot sync Google calendars for other practice members
Admins can access the sync settings for practice members, such as syncing calendars to the whole practice and editing the name of the synced calendar (for Google Calendar sync only).
Click on Sync All to re-sync calendar events for all members of the practice.
