How do I figure out who to contact about this project?

Where to find project contacts

Updated over 5 months ago

While not all projects may have a clear project contact, here 3 ways you can go about learning who to contact on a project.

View the application on the site website

Where available, click View Application to go directly to the city site to see all of that permit or document's details.

For example: The city of Austin's site section called "People Details" has all relevant contacts and their details.

Get contact information from Company Profiles

On every Company Profile page is a tab called Contacts where you have direct access to names and contact information for individuals associate to that company.

Please note that improving company profiles and improving coverage of contact information is a high priority for us in 2025!

Let the Mercator.ai team be an extension of your research team.

If there are specific projects you're interested in, send us the links and we can do our best to source contact information for you. Oftentimes we have access to additional data that is not yet surfaced in the product.

You can reach out directly via email to support@mercator.ai or take advantage of the live chat in app. Our teams will reply as soon as possibly to fulfill your request. Adding a link to the project will help our teams find additional data for you quickly.
