Share your saved search filters with other users so they can get updates without recreating the search

Sharing a Shared Search

  1. Open the saved search you want to share.

  2. Click Share in the top right corner.

3. Click Copy to clipboard to copy the shareable link.

4. Paste the link into your preferred communication tool (e.g., email, Teams, chat).

Saving a Shared Search

When a user opens the shared link, they’ll see the search in edit mode.
To save it, they just need to click Save — no changes required.

Note: Shared searches are not synced across accounts. Each user gets a separate copy. Any changes made by one user will not update the saved search for others.
