Like a human marketer, you can train Paige to perform tasks exactly how you'd like, and unlike a human, you won't need to remind her over and over again!

Best Practices

  1. Be detailed and concise with your training notes, using proper grammar and spelling. The more details and the more clearly you explain to Paige how you want her to behave, the better your results will be. Really take your time to type out your training notes.

  2. You do not need to mention anything about including SEO best practices or keywords since Paige is pre-trained to do this for you.

  3. If you add training notes, you must delete/regenerate all already generated content related to the training note. Training notes are not automatically applied to previously generated content.

  4. Write the training note as though you're giving instructions on how to write a specific post, not all posts. For example, start by saying "This post must...".

  5. Paige training notes only support paragraphs, so do not add formatting or line breaks since all training notes get combined into a single paragraph once you click save.

  6. Paige does not have the ability to follow "rotation" type requests, such as "Talk about this topic in one post, then this in another, then that in another.". Training notes are considered one at a time and are unaware of the content created before and after the specific post it's being used on.

If it seems like Paige is not following your Train Paige notes, it's likely due to not following one or many of the Best Practices listed above. We recognize that training Paige can be difficult in certain situations, so if you'd like assistance just reach out to our support team via the live chat and we'll be happy to help!

What Paige Can Be Trained To Do

  1. Posts/Updates

    1. You can train Paige to write posts however you'd like. The following are some ideas you may want to consider based on your personal or your client's preferences:

      1. Include the following hashtags at the end of the post #hashtag1, #hashtag2 #hashtag3.

      2. Write in a very casual way.

      3. End the post by saying "Come try our new lunch specials, including our 2 for 1 slices!

  2. Review Replies

    1. You can train Paige to reply to reviews to sound more like you. The following are some examples of what you'd add as training notes:

      1. End your reply to negative reviews by saying something like: "Please call and ask for Jane the manager to make things right."

      2. Never mention the reviewer by their name.

  3. Q&As

    1. If you'd like to clarify a certain aspect of your business, you can add it to your Q&As training notes. Here are some ideas of what you might say:

      1. We no longer accept reservations on weekends.

      2. There is a free parking lot in the back.

      3. Answer the questions as though you're the owner of the business in a friendly way.

  4. Images

    1. If you're using Paige's AI-generated images for your Google Business Posts (and other socials), you can specify the type of images to make, such as:

      1. The picture should show a smiling patient in a dental practice.

      2. The picture should show an HVAC contractor installing an air conditioning unit on the side of a residential single family home in a suburb.

  5. Service Descriptions

    1. If you don't like the style of Paige's service descriptions, you can train her on how you'd prefer. If you don't like how similar service descriptions are, consider adding the second training note below. Here are some examples:

      1. This service description must be 3 sentences long.

      2. Start this service description in a random way that still makes sense.

  6. Suggested Reviews

    1. If you don't like the way Paige writes suggested reviews for your customers to leave on Google, consider using some of the following training notes:

      1. You must write like a 7th grader on Reddit.

      2. Talk very casually, like you're texting your best friend and don't care if it's not done in perfect English.
