This guide is designed to demonstrate how email alerts work inside Paige and is mostly relevant to agencies using the white label settings. This guide is a work in progress, with more examples being added during June 2024.

Important things to know

  1. If users click reply to an email sent by Paige, it will bring up an email addressed to the Paige user's Google email address.

  2. The email sender's name will show as the name you added to the white label settings tab, although the email will be sent using the localmarketingmanager.com one in the background.

  3. When a user clicks the CTA buttons in the email, they will be brought to a hosted page that does not require login. The page will be fully branded as yours and on your white label subdomain if you configured that inside Paige.

  4. You can configure the name of the client to show up at the top of emails by adding the "Client First Name" on the Business Details Settings tab. If you do not set this up, instead of saying their name, it will say "there" (i.e. "Hi there")

  5. You can configure who you want to receive each type of alert on the Automation tab.
