There are two ways to archive a job application:
Archive job application itself
Archive candidate (which archives any applications under that candidate)
When a job application is archived, any active campaign enrolments connected to that application will automatically expire, preventing candidates from further progressing with them.

From the candidate profile (click on 'Archive Application')
From the kanban or table view
When archiving applications from the kanban or table view, you can do so in bulk by selecting multiple applications at once.
