In some cases your previoysly connected calendar may become disconnected. If this happens, you will receive an automated email from Cronofy (our calendar integration partner) and our support team wll reach out to you.
If our support team asks you to manually relink your calendar, please follow these steps:
Log in
Go to Mercu (app.mercu.com)
Log in to your account
You can manually relink your calendar from the global entry-point or from within a job where your calendar is connected. Both options work.
Global calendar connection
Click into your global profile
Click on the X next to your email to disconnect your calendar
After that, you should be able to relink your calendar
Once you relinked your calendar, ensure that all jobs where you're the interviewer are configured correctly.
You can filter for jobs where you're the interviewer via the Interviewer filter on the jobs screen.
Job-level calendar connection
Open a job where you're the interviewer
Click on Edit Job
Go to the Stages tab
Click on Edit Interview Settings
Click on the Interviewer tab
Click on the trash bin icon next to your calendar
Reconnect your calendar
Once you relinked your calendar, ensure that all jobs where you're the interviewer are configured correctly.
