When an application is created or moved into a job stage linked to a campaign, an enrolment is automatically created for that campaign. This enrolment represents the record of sending the campaign to the candidate.

Overview

Each campaign enrolment follows a unique lifecycle with eight possible statuses. As candidates progress—whether they start, complete, or ignore the enrolment—the status updates accordingly.

You can easily track an application’s current enrolment status across both the Table and Kanban views for each job.

Status

Details

Sending

This status indicates that the campaign is currently being sent to the candidate. This status is temporary. Especially with many concurrent enrolments, sending a campaign may take time.

Queued

This status indicates that the campaign is queued for the candidate due to another campaign currently in progress.

This scenario occurs when a candidate submits a second application before completing the first. Once the candidate completes the first application, the queued campaign from the second application is delivered.

Delivered

This status indicates that the campaign was delivered successfully to the candidate.

For blasts (single-message campaigns), this is a terminal status.

In Progress

This status indicates that the campaign is in progress. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).

Completed

This status indicates that the campaign was completed. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).

Failed

This status indicates that the campaign couldn't be delivered to the candidate.

There are multiple reasons for why campaign delivery fails. The most likely scenario is an invalid phone number.

Expired

This status indicates that the campaign expired because the candidate didn’t complete it on time. This only applies to multi-module campaigns (i.e. not blasts).

By default, multi-message campaigns expire 7 days after delivery. However, you can request to customise the expiry timeline at a campaign-level.

Auto-Match

This status applies exclusively to scheduling stages where Interview Settings are configured for Auto-Match.

The enrolment status remains in Auto-Match until the interviewer provides their availability. Once availability is submitted, we initiate the schedule request campaign to the candidate, updating the enrolment status from Auto-Match to Delivered.
