Queuing campaigns

At any given time, your team members can only be enrolled in one active campaign per sender. A sender is typically a phone number (e.g. Whatsapp or SMS number).

By default, your account will be set up with four senders - one sender per campaign type (onboarding, training, engagement, blasts). This means that team members can be enrolled in up to four campaigns at the same time as long as they're all different campaign types (e.g. onboarding, training, engagement, blast).

If you're enrolling your team members into two or more campaigns of the same type at the same time (e.g. two trainings), we deliver the first enrolment immediately to the team member and queue the subsequent campaign enrolments until the team member completed the first campaign. Thereafter, we automatically deliver the queued campaign(s).

This way, we avoid clashes between campaigns.
