Each job stage campaign (with the exception of Blasts) consist of two types of content: user-generated content and transactional content.
User-generated content is the content that you create as part of a campaign (e.g. the text you add to a content module);
Transactional content is the content that we send automatically as part of delivering a campaign (e.g. the automated message when a user gets a question wrong).
User-generated content can be in any language. Transactional content is currently supported in English, Indonesian, and Swahili. If you need support for more languages, please reach out to us.
You can set the language in which we send transactional content at the campaign level.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
Open the campaign
Click on the Delivery language dropdown
Select the language
Click Save and Exit
This updates the language in which we send transactional content for that campaign.
