If you're logged in to the Mercu web portal, please log out. Otherwise, please visit app.mercu.com.

Step 1: Click on Fogot password?

Step 2: Enter the email associated with your Mercu account.

Step 3: Go to your inbox and follow the steps outlined in the email to reset your password.
