In the 'People' screen, there are a number of quick action filters that allow you to segment your staff quickly and easily.

Engagement Levels

Engagement levels allow you to quickly distinguish between your low and high-performing team members based on their engagement with their training and engagement campaigns on Mercu.

There are four different engagement levels:

  1. High - Team members with >80% completion rate on all campaigns in the last 30 days

  2. Medium - Team members with 50-80% completion rate on all campaigns in the last 30 days

  3. Low - Team members with <50% completion rate on all campaigns in the last 30 days

  4. None - Team members who have not received any campaigns in the last 30 days

If you hold a location admin or location manager portal user role in Mercu, you will receive a weekly email with a summary of your best and worst-performing team members.

Unsubscribed

This tag refers to the team members who have unsubscribed from receiving any communications from Mercu.

Users who have unsubscribed will not receive any campaigns or blasts that you send.

In order for team members to re-subscribe to Mercu communications, they will need to send "START" via the WhatsApp channel.

SMS Only

This filter refers to the segment of your team members that do not have WhatsApp, but has an active SMS number.

These team members will receive your communications via a link to our Hybrid Web-UI experience, accessible via an SMS link that they will receive when they are enrolled in a campaign.

Invalid Numbers

This filter shows you the team members who do not have a valid WhatsApp or SMS number attached to their profile.

These team members will not receive any campaign enrolments or messages until their details are updated.
