In addition to allowing hiring managers to control the flow of the recruitment process in Mercu, candidates can also withdraw applications which have been made to exit the recruitment flow.
We do this to allow candidates to:
Focus on their application efforts on a specific location they applied to;
Stop receiving reminders for jobs they are no longer interested in.
Entry point for candidate withdrawals
We configure every Hire enabled account with an AI Assistant that is trained to respond to queries related to withdrawals.
When a candidate send a message in the channel related to leaving the recruitment flow, we reply with the following message:
They can then follow the flow to select the application for which they'd like to withdraw.
