AI campaigns creation in Mercu takes the heavy lifting out of your drafting process, by building a skeleton or first iteration of a campaign based off a given resource.

We support both the ability to create multi-module and blast campaigns using AI campaign creation.

Using the AI Campaign Creator

To see the AI in action, you'll need to be a customer for our Mercu Ops (or training and comms) product.

In the Campaign home screen, click on the 'Create New Campaign' button and select the 'Create with AI' option.

You'll then need to input a name for the campaign, select the language, and choose if you'd like to create a multi-module (train) campaign or a single-message blast campaign.

Next, you'll need to add:

  1. A Short Prompt:

    1. This tells the AI what content to focus its messaging on, as well as if there are any particular question types you'd like to create. You can also customise the tone of the campaign. This tells the AI 'what to create'.

  2. A Source File:

    1. This is the content which the AI will use as the reference document for the campaign. The AI will only create content based off the information provided in this document. This tells the AI 'where to look from'.

It will take a few minutes for the AI to generate your campaign and add a bit of flavour to its messaging.

Once done, review, edit, and send off the campaign as if it were your own!
