Here is a short walkthrough on how to export data from the Verify portal. Below you will also find a step-by-step written guide along with some helpful tips and examples on how to read the data once it is exported.
How to export data ?
Exporting data from the main page
On the main results page, regardless of the filter you use, the entire dataset will be exported as either an Excel file or a GeoJSON file, depending which one you select.
Using the Farm Plots Page for Custom Exports
For deeper analysis, use the plots page to filter and export custom results. Here you have access to a powerful query builder that allows you to filter your data as needed:
Filter by Specific Attributes (e.g. aggregator, commodity, mapping date etc.): For example, if you apply a filter for a specific aggregator, you will only see farm plots belonging to the aggregator selected when you click export.
Filter by Specific Test: Applying this filter will allow you to download results for that specific test only.
Note: Any time you export you will see the results for all tests unless you have filtered by a specific test. In that case you will only see the results for that test in the export.
When to Use an Excel vs. a GeoJSON data export?
GeoJSON: Best for geospatial analysis, such as tests involving reference layers or geospatial properties.
Excel: Ideal for reviewing detailed numerical results and risk assessments.
