We understand that life can get in the way. We also realize that our program isn't for everyone. If you decide not to complete the Java Development Program and leave during the Foundations stage within the first ten weeks, you will not be required to sign the Success Sharing agreement, and you will not have any payment obligations to Merit America.

After the Foundation phase, your Success Sharing Cap will be calculated depending on how long you were in the program. The Success Sharing Cap is spread over a series of monthly payments, which you will only pay when you're in a new job making more than our Success Sharing agreement's income threshold.

You can learn more about Success Sharing here.
