Merit America programs include both technical training from organizations like Google as well as professional skills development. You will learn technical content from Google, and receive a Google Project Management Professional Certificate. You will also learn and practice critical professional skills with Merit America coaches.

The Google Project Management Professional Certificate will prepare you to adeptly manage both agile and traditional projects. Equipped with a versatile toolkit encompassing schedules, budgets, and requirements, you will gain a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, effective communication, and leadership styles.

Practical skill development includes crafting project charters, defining goals, and mastering stakeholder communication. Methodologies explored range from traditional project management to agile frameworks like Scrum. The program also immerses participants in a comprehensive suite of tools, including Gantt charts, RACI charts, Kanban boards, and Asana.

In addition to technical training, support from your professional career coach will help you hone your professional skills and chart a roadmap for your project management career.

Upon completing the program, you'll be well-prepared to enter diverse project management-related roles, including but not limited to Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Program Manager, among others
