This update allows administrators to manually assign colors to individual shifts in the schedule, making it easier to identify specific shifts, highlight exceptions, or simply bring more visual clarity to your calendar.
How to Manually Override a Shift Color
Go to the Calendar view.
Click on the shift you want to edit.
You’ll now see an option to override the default color called "Set custom color".
Choose from the available color options and save your changes.
The color will update instantly and be visible to both admins and team members (depending on their permissions and view settings).
