With this latest update, you can now share your clinical calendar with anyone who has internet access, regardless of whether they have a Mesh AI account.
This feature removes the friction of manual coordination, making schedule visibility easier than ever.
Key Use Cases for External Sharing:
External Clinical Teams: Provide visibility to consulting departments or off-site facilities to streamline patient care transitions.
Administrative Coordinators: Allow program coordinators or office staff to view up-to-date shift coverage without needing a system login.
Personal Productivity: Sync or share your professional schedule with family or personal planning apps to manage your work-life balance more effectively.

The blue globe icon used to generate a public calendar link.
How to Edit the Web View:
Access Settings: Click the "edit" button located immediately to the right of the blue globe icon.
Toggle Visibility: Use the checkboxes to include or exclude requests and shifts from the public view.
Commit Changes: Ensure you click "Save" to apply your preferences to the live shared link.
The best part? No login is required to view the link, anyone with the URL can access your shared calendar!
Advanced Subscriber Customization
For even more granular control over your shared views, you can access the Subscribers management suite within your settings.
How to Configure Custom Views:
Navigate to Team Settings and select the "Subscribers" tab.
Locate the "Default" chart and click the link below it titled "New Calendar Subscriber Link" to unlock additional parameters.
Tailored Visibility Options:
This menu allows you to build highly specific calendar feeds by filtering for:
Specific Shift Types: Limit the view to certain blocks, such as AM, PM, or On-Call shifts.
Specific Associates: Filter the calendar to display only selected team members, which is perfect for sub-specialty coordination.
Specific Request Types: Choose exactly which requests appear, including time-off or availability preferences.
The Result: This level of precision ensures that every external stakeholder—from department coordinators to cross-functional leads—receives only the scheduling data relevant to their specific role.
