What’s New?

Previously, once you ran an autoschedule, there was no clear way to distinguish between automatically and manually assigned shifts. That limitation is now resolved.

Now, when you click on a shift, the details panel on the left will display the assigned associate. If the shift was manually assigned, you'll see:

  • A yellow user icon next to the "Current Associate"

  • A message saying: “This associate was picked by the user”

This visual cue helps you:

  • Spot any post-autoschedule adjustments

  • Review the integrity of the autogenerated schedule

  • Avoid unexpected changes before publishing

🔔 Note: At this stage, you can only see that a shift was manually assigned.

Who Can Use It?

This feature is available only for admins.
