New: Notification for Unassigned Shifts

We’re happy to introduce a brand-new feature designed to help team admins stay on top of their schedules, Unassigned Shifts Notifications.

With this feature, admins will automatically be alerted if there are unassigned shifts in their schedule, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.

How it works

  1. Go to your Team Settings.

  2. Open the Shifts tab.

  3. Click on the checkbox Notify Unassigned Shifts” to activate it.

  4. Once activated, you’ll see the option to set how many unassigned shifts are in the schedule within a number of days.

    • By default, this is set to 14 days.

    • You can adjust this number to fit your team’s needs.

What happens next?

Whenever there are unassigned shifts within your set period, the team admin will receive an email with the subject line:
“Unassigned Shifts Alert”:
