Timeframes are a feature in Mesh AI designed to help organize and control when specific shifts or workloads apply within your schedule. They provide structure and flexibility when managing complex scheduling scenarios over different periods of time.
What Are Timeframes?
A timeframe defines a specific range of time during which certain scheduling rules, workload modifiers, or configurations are active. Think of it as a “window” where your scheduling settings take effect.
Who Can Edit Timeframes?
Only admins have access to edit timeframes:
However, associates can choose the options available when making a request for example. This ensures full control over how scheduling rules and workloads evolve throughout the year. Associates will automatically follow the configuration defined within the active timeframe but won’t see or modify it.
Why Timeframes Matter
Timeframes make it easier to:
Plan schedules around academic years, fiscal quarters, or rotations.
Adjust workload modifiers or rules without affecting past or future configurations.
Keep your scheduling data organized, accurate, and easy to manage.
