With this update, you can now share your calendar with anyone with internet access, even if they don’t have a Mesh AI account. Whether it’s for external teams, coordinators, or personal use, this feature makes schedule sharing easier than ever.
How It Works
Go to your Block Schedule Editor and click on "Subscribe".
Click on the new blue button: “Open this shared calendar in a web view”.
A web-based version of your calendar will open, showing all your shift data.
You are able to click on the "edit" button right next to the blue one and use the available options to edit what’s displayed:
Check or uncheck the option to include requests
Don't forget to click "Save".
The best part? No login is required to view the link, anyone with the URL can access your shared calendar!
