This new feature helps you review important details before finalizing any schedule, ensuring everything is accurate and ready to go.

How It Works

  1. Open your Draft Schedule
Navigate to your draft and review it as usual.

  2. Click “Publish Schedule”
When you’re ready, select the Publish Schedule button.

  3. Review the Pop-Up Window
You’ll now see a pop-up window displaying key details about the schedule you’re about to publish, including shift dates, coverage, and affected team members. This gives you one last chance to verify that everything looks correct before it goes live.

    For example:

    • 58 shifts are not assigned to any associate.

    • There are no requirements to complete for this schedule.

  4. Choose How to Publish
As before, you have two options:

    • Publish Silently: make the schedule live without sending notifications.

    • Notify Everyone: send an alert to all affected team members so they can view the published schedule immediately.

Same thing applies to "Unpublish Schedule", please note that:

  • History of changes to shifts in this schedule will be lost.

  • Deals on shifts in this schedule will be cancelled.
